AIAIAI Pipe earphone in two new colors
The guys @ Aiaiai introduce a new approach to the upcoming releases of their Pipe earphones. They are gonna create 2-3 new colours of pipes every third month. The colours are inspired by things/objects or the like that have had some kind of inpact on AIAIAI crew throughout the years. The first one is inspired by the legendary Nike Air Trainer 1 tennis shoe that we’ve all – including John McEnroe – played in back in the days. It came out in 1987 as a cross trainer shoe project, but soon became a hit as a tennis shoe and it was even used in the NBA at one point. The idea and colourway has been re-launched several times, but nothing really matches the good old original one.
The second vesion of the new pipes is inspired by the one an only beer – Gold Tuborg! Also known as “the golden lady” the beer hit the danish market in 1895 and was actually meant for export markets. Instead it quickly became only a national product for the Danes – and they/we loved it.
At the old A-house, where we/AIAIAI used to have our club, we served the gold beer instead of regular pilsner and we even served it in a can (as the one you see on the picture). People loved it and soon Tuborg realized that this beer had been down-prioritized way too much through out the years. The second year of our clubs existence, we had Tuborg convinced to make us customized Gold Tuborg vending machines, which became a great success. Today these vending machines are spread all over town as an alternative to line up in the bar.
Vanmoof n°5
We already wrote about Vanmoof, the Dutch bike with its unique design. Now they are out with a new model which responds to a special need: in the city a strong chain lock is a must. But chaining it up is time consuming and storing it during the ride is even a bigger hassle. VANMOOF N°5 is the answer. The high quality chain lock is integrated in the frame. You simply pull it out, wrap it around a pole and turn the key in your frame. Your bike is stored safe and sound. When you are ready to ride again you simply place it back in your frame. Easy, safe and city-proof!
VANMOOF N°5 has a striking aluminum rust-free frame with a highly advanced solar powered LED light system built inside its tubes. The lights have two settings: steady mode and flashing mode. The indestructible bulbs are also used for airport landing strips, they are strong. No more loose hanging cables! No more rusty dynamo’s dangling in your spokes! No more lights stolen off your bike! The secret is in what´s NOT there.

hummel footwear SS10
What we knew about hummel before browsing deeply the SS10 collection was just “Denmark – soccer shirts”. The global recession has had and still has a significant impact on fashion trends worldwide and thereby also on the new footwear collection for hummel SS10. Cubelight
“Making the switch from the energywasting lightbulb to new energysaving lightsources has been a tough journey. As designers many of us has started drawing lamps hiding the the new lightsources that in generel are seen as ugly compared to the old lightbulb. In the Cubelight we wanted to do the opposite, show the lightsource, embrace it and give it a positive context. The solid wood reflector gives it that surrounding. The warm tone of the reflected light from the wood gives one of the missing pieces of the puzzle when using low-energy lightsources”.
Materials: Powder coated metal legs and solid ash wood. A project by Fagerström & Abrahamsson.
ACNE furniture
The Swedish creative agency Acne, which is mostly known for its fashion brand, presented its first furniture collection during the Paris fashion week. They started off from a Swedish design classic by Carl Malmsten: the Nya Berlin (New Berlin) Sofa. Malmsten designed it for the Swedish consulate in Berlin and it hasn’t been in production since 1949.
Puma McQueen giveaway
111VOX was one of the first stores in Scandinavia to sell Puma McQueen online, and they have carried a wide range of shoes and clothing from Alexander McQueen ever since. The tragic news of his unfortunante death saddens us deeply, and it is with grief in our hearts that we say farewell to this amazingly talented designer.

Nümph is the result of the dreams and skills of these seven young women. Each woman is a specialist within design, print, graphic and marketing. Together they are so much more, though: they are indeed a dream come true.
