Vintage Shopping @ Barcelona
Per le amanti del vintage, ecco due indirizzi da segnarsi a Barcellona: Baum e la Boutique vintage.
Da Baum si possono trovare le creazioni di tanti giovani designer, soprattutto inglesi e scandinavi: punti forti gli accessori, come la bigiotteria vintage di Apres Ski e Poetes, le borse di Beatriz Furest, le cinte, i foulards e le scarpe di Yumi, Eda Mae, Pinc o Cecilia Sorensen.
Passando davanti al piccolo negozio situato nel quartiere di Gracia, in calle Seneca per la precisione, si rimane incantati già dalla vetrina: decorato con gran gusto e mobili antichi restaurati, Baum è molto più che un negozio, ospita interessanti mostre di foto, disegni e illustrazioni ed organizza alcune lezioni per stylist.
Alla Boutique vintage, situata nel Borne, invece si trovano le creazioni di giovani designer spagnoli dal gusto retro: Diksi, Pepalove, Sietedelonce, Judith Bel, Malahierba e molti altri. Da non perdere!
Grandpa
Grandpa started up in the end of november 2003 by three old friends from Stockholm. They were tired of all the “cool” and “stiff” shops in Stockholm were you actually never feel welcomed. They thought there were something missing, a nice and friendly shop that at the same time were cool and trendy. With no experience from the business they started Grandpa, selling actually everything that they self would like to find in a shop. Grandpa sells new and vintage clothing and vintage furniture from the 60´s and 70´s in a mix with accessories, interior design and funny gift items. Grandpa has a lovely “at home” feeling where all the customers also contributes to the atmosphere. Grandpa offers clothing from well known brand as well as garments from up-and-coming Swedish designers. After having refined and renovated our famous best seller bag Bombo, Momaboma presents a new handcrafted product for the season Autumn-Winter 2009-2010. This product is completely handmade by an artisan of this sector who, working exclusively for us on a original idea and design of our team, made a new line of products called La Rigida…
The line is made up of a 24 and a 48 hours bag plus a beauty case. La Rigida was made with a wood core customized with old yellowed newspapers, which being an evidence of old times, give voice to an object which comes from a faded memory.
