Loris et Livia

Screen is a 2009 prototype by Loris et Livia. The screen can be used to divide a room, provide privacy or give shelter from?shelter from light. The fabric blinds can be rolled up to expose the frame?so that the screen becomes a clothes rack.

The designers Loris and Livia meet in 2006 in London. They both share a particular affection for low tec products, durable materials, fine details, traditional and contemporary manufacturing techniques and graphic design. They think multi-function is a nonsense but strongly believe in multi-use products. | via
